1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CreditCardToExcel.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CreditCardToExcel provides an automated tool that converts credit card statement PDFs into structured Excel and CSV files using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with usage limits based on your subscription tier.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service without an account (subject to free tier limits). To access paid features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload files that you do not have the right to access
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service uses AI to extract transaction data from PDF files. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for financial, tax, or accounting purposes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate data extraction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CreditCardToExcel. Your uploaded files and extracted data remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
