1. Introduction
CreditCardToExcel.com ("we", "our", or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our credit card statement conversion service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this information in our database (hosted on Supabase) to manage your account.
Uploaded Files
Credit card statement PDFs you upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for processing. We do not store your uploaded PDF files on our servers. Files are processed in memory and discarded after extraction is complete.
Usage Data
We track the number of statements converted per month to enforce usage limits. For anonymous users, we track usage by IP address. For signed-in users, we track usage by account ID. We do not store the content of your transactions.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, device type, and geographic region. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
